Buttery Garlic Herb Chilean Sea Bass
Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS:
* 4 (4oz) Chilean sea bass fillets
* 4 tbsp butter, melted
* 1 tbsp fresh dill + more for garnish
* 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
* 1 tbsp lemon juice + 1 lemon, sliced
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 1/2 tsp kosher salt
* 1/4 tsp black pepper
* 1 lb asparagus
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat fish dry and arrange on foil-lined sheet pan with trimmed asparagus.
2. Melt butter with garlic. Mix in Dijon, lemon juice, salt, pepper and dill. Pour over fish and veggies.
3. Add lemon slices and bake 15-18 minutes until fish reaches 140°F internal temp and flakes easily.
