Haven’t been cooking much this week as I’ve been recovering from surgery, but now we are battling bronchitis at my house so it seemed like a good day to get back in the kitchen and make a nice lemony soup! Used chickpea orzo for a little extra fiber and protein and chopped up a lemon pepper rotisserie chicken (added bonus, my pup is happy to have the dark meat to spice up his food the next couple days!). Looks good but I imagined the protein would be higher with all the chicken
