Today, we’re making a quick and easy balanced breakfast — perfect for busy mornings!

You’ll need:
• Eggs
• Tomatoes
• Cheese
• Fresh herbs
• Lavash bread

How to make it:
Heat a little oil in a pan. Beat 2 eggs and pour them into the pan just like you see in the video.
Place the lavash on top of the eggs as shown.
Flip the lavash over as demonstrated, then add cheese, tomato slices, cream cheese, and chopped herbs on top.
Fold it up and cook both sides until golden and crispy.

And that’s it — your tasty breakfast is ready to enjoy!
