Blend 40g oats with 3/4 banana and protein powder- i use vanilla or chocolate
Optional: 5-10g of cocoa powder
Heat on the hob until nice and thick!!!
Top with other 1/4 of banana and any topping you like (I do PB fit and blueberries most of the time).
My bowls range from 400-600 calories and from 20g-30g protein.
This is seriously good and feel like I’m eating chocolate cake mix or brownie batter. Sometimes I don’t want the chocolate and prefer the vanilla/banana so I won’t include the cocoa powder/use vanilla protein powder only.
