What? No, it’s not a steak covered in peanut butter. It’s a steak made out of peanut butter. Eat up now, it was $12.25.

I think those are for people who REALLY like their dogs.

Is it maybe fudge?
Big-Al97
Are they out of the jars or something? That’s the only possible answer to why someone would pay twice as much for a product that you can’t keep as fresh.

Kind of looks like packaging I’d see in a butchers shop, for meat… Odd.
I consider that used peanut butter as its been spread on the styrofoam so it should therefore be discounted
that_really_happen
That looks super weird.

USDA Prime peanut butter.

I expect this to be a sex shop in some kinky corner

Is this a Winco?
Winco has a machine in the bulk session that you put the nuts in and crank it and the PB comes out. I have seen them do this with peanuts that assume is them trying to sell peanuts before the best by date.
The price seems way too high though.

Piggly Wiggly I went to did this all of the time. They have a cafeteria that serves meals next door. Whatever leftovers they have including sometimes ingredients, they package it like this, and resell it. Usually it’s stuff like hotdogs, cold cut sandwiches, and hamburgers. But I have seen peanut butter, cheeses, and random cut produce.
Feels like they are breaking some FDA rule with the ingredients, I dunno. Wouldn’t touch it with a ten foot pole for other unrelated reasons. Been years since I went anyways.

I thought it was peanut butter fudge for a second

Does it come with a brick trowel?

This seems like the most inappropriate way package and to sell off an industrial bakery sized bucket of peanut butter.

Selling peanut butter by the splat.
Do they have jelly in a similar packaging?
Wonder what r/peanutbutter will think of this
Hey babe, what’s wrong? You’ve barely touched your peanut butter steak.

You’re source is also not the OP. this image has been posted here many times before: [Packaged peanut butter anyone? : r/StupidFood](https://www.reddit.com/r/StupidFood/comments/nnttjk/packaged_peanut_butter_anyone/)
