I found Yellow Bird in the wild for the first time last week and picked some up. I’m very happy with it.
Yucateco Caribbean and Valentina are probably my all time faves. I prefer the Valentina black label but am out at present.
Thai Madness, to the left, is one of my best finds in recent years. It’s the house label of Thai Kitchen in Minturn, CO. Mild heat, a little sweet; _great_flavor. I’m on my last bottle.

I like yellowbird I’ve only had the ghost but it was good on everything. Well balanced.
I’ve actually been thinking about getting a bottle of that hot ones barbacoa. It’s funny my kids bought the Pringles chips with that flavor and I really liked them.
I have only ever had the Valentina with the black label, is there really that big of a difference?
Yellow bird Serrano lime is so good. Not that hot though but the flavor is 👌. Can’t go wrong with their habanero tho.
If you like habanero sauces I recommend Marie Sharp’s. They’ve got a bunch of great variations of habanero sauces.
How’s that Chili Garlic with the dragon?
Yellow Bird let’s gooooo
That Melinda’s one is my current obsession. Great lineup all around
Huy Fong’s sriracha is still tastey and still a mainstay in my kitchen, but man do I miss the old version that was much spicier. I stocked up on well over 60 bottles of sriracha around the time of the first shortage. And you can clearly see that the old recipe had a much darker color and the taste was a lot spicier. I have a few old bottle left and might just take a pic to prove the color difference.
Really nice lineup. There’s a couple I have not tried but will now go on my growing list.
