Does anybody know the name of this ddeok? Would love to know, for future reference. It’s made of sweet purple rice

Its called Modeum dduk. Modeum means “all” like all toppings. Kinda like an “everything” bagel. It’s not super popular and personally, Ive only seen these at Hmart

Modeum ddeok it says, and it means “unspecified”… Modeum means ‘suite’ or everything, but that is nit its name. They just put all ddeok with that label and don’t care about what is what.
For your future reference, it is 흑미찰떡 (glutinious purple rice cake) It can have various gomul(icing) – in this case it looks konggomul (same as injeolmi)

Looks like a variation of sirutteok (the flat glutinous rice cake layered with red bean and layered with the red bean crumble type exterior). Maybe used glutinous black rice with an “everything” exterior coating. Edit – auto(in)correct

I found it on the bakery’s review Lol
It’s definitely not a common type of rice cake. Looks amazing tough. Fun fact, Su Ra means the food the King used to eat.
