I am 5ft3 female weighing 56kg. Trying to lose 5-6kg after third kid. I am trying to do OMAD but I wasn't getting enough calories. So now I just eat between 2pm and 8pm. I do weight training 7 days a week. I am lifting heavier each week and feel great.
Today I broke my fast with cottage cheese mixed with chilli sauce and tomatoes, with poached egg, slice of bread with cheese and cucumber and a cup of tea. Dinner was a whole sea bass (270g), with rice, Bok Choi and cucumber. Dessert is overnight oats with a home made biscuit (peanut butter, protein powder and some seeds). I feel so full! 🙂
