found this vegan poached egg at whole foods today. came with a packet of black salt to sprinkle on top , so i did just that after i broke open the egg so the flavor would stick to the yolk.
honestly was realllyyy good. haven’t had an egg in 10 years, but the textures were so close and so was the flavor after that finishing touch of black salt.
biggest con really is the price (a bag of 4 for $8…)
(they also had a sunny side up version that i kinda wanna try at some point)

Looks like the Yo egg brand! I just tried this on my eggs Benedict, was super good. I tried the sunny side up too and it’s equally as delicious. You should give it a go.
