In a new video on Food Network’s YouTube Channel, Drummond shreds a “mountain” of parmesan cheese while sharing the story of her famous fries that she serves at her restaurant, The Merc.

“I absolutely love them, and our guests sure love them too,” she dishes. “They are heavenly!”

To make them at home, start with softened butter, oregano, and more to create a topping to mix the fries in. From there, she pours a garlic oil into the bowl and continues mixing it. Now they are ready to coat the fries!

At her restaurant, the chefs make homemade fries, but at home, Drummond uses frozen fries, which is so much easier for amateur chefs like us! While the fries are still hot and on the pan, pour the garlic butter mixture over them. It’s that easy! To serve, Drummond dishes it up with ketchup and store-bought garlic aioli dip. Then, she tops the fries with “heavenly, angelic” shredded parmesan and more, continuing to layer until you have a huge mound of fries.

This appetizer is perfect for family movie nights, watching a game, or for keeping your hungry kids satisfied while you prepare dinner. In the comments, people were changing their dinner plans after seeing this video.

“Making these today!” one person wrote. Someone else said, “O my goodness!! Will definitely be doing!!! Different.”

“Would be cool for a date night…instead of popcorn,” another person suggested.
