  2. I cooked 2 ribeyes, total of 1.82lb at 137 for 3 hours. Felt like it was a little over cooked. Going to try it at 2.5 hours next time.

    Just did 4lbs ribeyes at 130 for 2.5 hours. Seared them off on a smoken hot cast iron skillet. Perfection.

    You should cool them down before searing so you don’t overcook it on the grill.
