Lunch= 2oz(dry) bow tie pasta, 125g Rao’s arrabbiata, 75grams eggless milk-less meatballs made with 90/10 beef. +1 fiber gummy + liver support
Snack after work/drive home= 1oz sharp cheddar and 1oz mixed nuts.
Dinner = the salad and pasta again + 2oz raspberries
Desert= 1 serving thrifty ice cream (butter pecan) in a regular cone.

It’s okay. I know for myself that is nowhere NEAR enough protein. Like, not even close. Do you know how many g per kg of bodyweight of protein you’re getting?
