I whipped up a batch of protein waffles with what I had on hand & i was shook! All these (+ 1 i already ate) for 229 cals and 27g protein. When I make waffles or pancakes like this I will freeze or fridge most of them and toast as needed. I like to have one or two with yogurt/fruit, or just to get my morning "bread fix". But these seriously taste good and not like hard, hot foam like some of my other attempts have turned out.
RECIPE:
-44g Premier Prot. Pancake mix
-103 mL Premier protein vanilla shake
mix together until smooth-ish
Separately, whisk 1 eggwhite til foamy and stiff/holds some air
-with a scraper or large spoon, gently fold whites into batter
- cook in preheated waffle iron (i have one of those cheap little Dash ones and it works great). I use the teeniest spray of avocado oil (in a can) every other waffle or so.

These look great! When you make something with egg whites, what do you do with the yolks? Or do you use cartons of pre-separated egg whites?
