Did I get this right? 265 cals feels so low for this much food

    That’s more than a tablespoon of chia seeds. 120 cal min for those alone.

    that looks like a lot more than a teaspoon of seeds, are you sure you’re not using a tablespoon measure?

    Nothing on the plate is very calorie dense. Fruit is mostly water and eggs and cottage cheese are fairly low cal. Did you weigh or measure everything? Specifically the seeds? It looks like more than a teaspoon of each but it’s tough to eyeball from a pic. I’d say it’s ballpark accurate.
