I don’t freeze it anymore. It’s much better.

3 cups ice
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup sugar free oat milk
1 scoop protein powder
1/2tsp xanthan gum
30 grams stevia (could use more)

Steps:
1. Crush all the ice first. Then add the strawberries and crush them all with the ice. (This keeps ice chunks out of the final product)

  1. Add everything else

  2. Blend on high speed for 3ish mins. (You’ll need to stop it every so often to scrape the sides)

That’s it!
