I made my meals for the coming days. I like to have a portioner meal ready for my post workout. I also eat almost criminal amounts of soft boiled eggs and cheese, which are obviously not shown here.

    We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!

    1 kg gnocchi,
    1 kg chicken ties,
    1 kg mixed veggies,
    230 grams lentils,
    230 grams kidney beens,
    1150 grams of chickpeas,
    600 ml of coconut milk,
    Spices after taste (I used paprika powder, ginger, turmeric, rosemary, basil and black pepper)
