I use spicy Korean bbq sauce before sv on my pork loin chops. Ramen top without sear.

Hell yeah dude. I use my own personal blend I call “canned hate”. It’s mostly Thai chilis and habaneros I grow in my garden and grind into flakes. SV pork tenderloin with some teriyaki & “canned hate”, goes great sliced very thin on top of ramen noodles with tonkatsu broth. Sear is optional. And the whole thing is nominally healthier than tonkatsu ramen with chashu cuz at least I’m not eating pork belly.
