  1. You know that this “dish” is not Italian right ? It doesn’t exist in Italy 🤦🏻‍♀️ if you come into our restaurants and you ask for this, they look at you like you’re crazy…
P.s I’m born, raised and live in Italy..just to say 😅

  2. Wow wow woo, this is in suites what’s going on the blasphemy kidding man awesome. By the way you’re my favorite recipe guy

  3. I haven’t tried this yet, however, the Mongolian Beef was excellent. I agree with your tip to add assorted vegetables to lighten it up & create balance.

  4. That IS quicker and easier than recipes I've used in the past. Looking forward to trying it, thanks!

  5. Good recipe. For people with kids, you may wish to cut the chicken filets in half (lengthwise) because they are much more easy to handle when smaller, when frying. Also, a finer ground of parm works better for coating the crust. The long pieces of parm kinda fall off and "dirty" the oil too fast.

  6. I love your recipes!!! We have Italian dinner every Thursday. I took a cooking class in Italy during a trip (so much fun) so I make everything from scratch. This recipe looks easy and delicious. I can't wait to try it.

  7. I've found that, instead of having the flour and egg separate, you are essentially forming a batter on the chicken when you dredge in one than the other. So, mix the flour and egg together to form your own batter, coat the chicken, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
