Got the Woodridge Pro a few weeks ago. These are a few of the first foods & have ever smoked. Did salmon filets, 2 tri tips (it was so good we had to make it again), and ribs. All turned out excellent, and the whole process was really easy & fun. Temperature control and tracking probe temperatures via the app is so helpful and make it easy to step away from the cook for a while. Very happy with the purchase.

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!
If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!
*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

Damn that all looks really good. Also your deck/patio setup is amazing.
Awesome setup. My elite will be arriving by the end of this week
Does it produce a lot of smoke flavor?
