    No wrap is the only way. Wrapping makes meat mushy. Mushy is for bitches.

    So the 3-2-1 method has lost it’s favour? I was at a cottage last year and did some ribs in the 3-2-1 method and they were, quite honestly, the best ribs I’ve ever had.
