Been cutting since Nov 2024 and have lost 26 lbs. Went on maintenance for all of Feb and started another cut in March. My calories decreased gradually (~1850 to ~1550) from Nov to Jan and went to about 2000 for Feb. But for this second cut, my calories went down to 1200. It hasn't been as easy as the first cut but I'm trying new things like snacking meals, more fish, more fiber. Trying to stay satiated and not snack. I'm trying different things so my macros are off but I'm okay with that.
My workout schedule is 4 days on, 1 day rest. I go pretty hard and I've lost visible fat and gained visible muscle all over the place. Kinda crazy for me.
Love seeing the meals every one makes and getting ideas.
Here is what I ate today. Not pictured are my snacks. One of them being my greek yogurt that I am obsessed with. I mix it with all types of things and get a nice little treat: zero sugar pudding mix, protein powder, matcha, chia seeds, PB, etc.
