Look I'm a tomato snob, but this was so under ripe that I could have thrown it through a window. I always have tomatoes at home so my dinner wasn't affected but had to share. Sometimes the ingredients are so bad…
BTW this dinner was delicious.

Darn, you just reminded me I have this meal for tonight and I never took the tomato out of the bag. Tomatoes are not supposed to be refrigerated, and I feel like that’s often the reason mine are so bad from HelloFresh.
Microwave for two minutes and wait another minute before taking out. It’ll speed up the riping process
