With only 5 main ingredients, my Baba Ganoush is simple and delicious!
With all the eggplants I am finding in my garden, I even make it just for myself for sandwiches and afternoon snacks.
And don’t worry, if you don’t have them in your garden, you can find them
at the farmers market or your local grocery store too!
They really are plentiful at this time of year.
What you need:
2 medium size eggplants
2 tbs olive oil
2 garlic cloves
4 tbs runny tahini
Optional toppings:
mint, parsley, paprika
