Keto or sum other high protein/low carb diet??

  2. Instantsoup44

It can’t be breaded if there is no bread, lmao. This is more like egged chicken.

‘How do you want your chicken?’
‘Bathed in the liquefied remains of its offspring.’

That actually sounds pretty good I’m going to try it

This is like eating oatmeal with oat milk

That salad looks amazing! Is it just tomato, feta, and cucumber with some kind of vinaigrette? My eyes aren’t great, so I can’t really tell.

I think that’s called lampriado. For stuffed peppers or cauliflower I beat egg whites until stiff add like a tablespoon of flour and yolks and beat until batter is formed. Coat in egg and shallow fry. Also for potato and tuna croquettes.

During my pregnancy and after I had my son, I had an issue with the smell of raw/cooking chicken, eggs, bacon and the smell of the raw after yuck if it by accident got on my shirt or a spot I missed somewhere…

Relevant because I instantly thought ew that must smell nnnnnaaaaaaassssssttttttyyyyyyy!

At least put it in flour before you put it in eggs…

Interesting. I can see it being ok. Let me guess, you are avoiding carbs?

  11. Look up “chicken French” asap it’s your life. Some lemon butter sauce, oh yes

  12. monkeymetroid

I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease so may try this

  13. Look up recipes for “francaise” very similar classic dish which is essentially egg battered cutlets of some sort served in a lemon white wine butter sauce

“Breaded”…. With not bread in sight. Think you should check in with the doctor OP

  15. Congrats, you made it half way to Piccata Milanese

  16. SwissArmsDude

Add Parmesan to the egg and you got yourself piccata milanese

  17. I wouldn’t call this shitty. It apparently worked. Bit odd though, there’s Chicken Piccata, and Chicen Francese, both involve egg and flour (just in reverse order from eacch other).

So instead of French toast they’re French chicken?

Is the chicken cooked all the way through? Because I feel like the eggs would burn before the chicken gets up to temp, no?
