Crafted in France and Poured at Boucherie Locations in NYC, Miami and Chicago, the Boucherie Wines Collection Features Three Varietals: A Crisp White, A Bold Red, And Celebratory Champagne.

NEW YORK, NY — [April 30, 2025] — The Group Hospitality, the acclaimed team behind the beloved Boucherie collection of French brasseries, proudly announces the launch of its first-ever proprietary wine label: Boucherie Wines Collection. Each wine in the collection has been carefully curated in France to complement the cadence and character of a Boucherie meal—inviting guests into a sensory experience rooted in French tradition and design.

Since its inception, Boucherie has captured the essence of joie de vivre—a world where time slows, glasses clink, and life is best savored in good company. That ethos now flows into every bottle of Boucherie Wine, created to enhance the guest experience with three curated cuvées that reflect the values of heritage, conviviality, and culinary vision.

The debut collection unfolds in three distinctive expressions—each a study in balance, origin, and intent—designed not only to pair, but to participate in the Boucherie dining experience.

The Boucherie Sauvignon Blanc ($90) offers a crisp, mineral-driven profile sourced from the Loire Valley. Its bright citrus, white pear, and green apple notes are preserved through stainless steel aging, imparting a freshness that makes it ideal for seafood, grilled vegetables, or lighter fare. “The Touraine Sauvignon Blanc lends itself to so many of our starters—from our grilled asparagus salad to escargots and our L’Assiette de Saumon Fumé,” says David Kravitz, Beverage Director of The Group Hospitality.

The Boucherie Vieilles Vignes Bordeaux ($110) is a structured and elegant Bordeaux, crafted from 60-year-old vines of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 18 months in new French oak, the wine offers dark fruit, spice, and toasted complexity—a natural match for Boucherie’s signature dry-aged steaks. “We specialize in in-house dry-aged cuts. These beautiful plates beg for a robust Bordeaux,” adds Kravitz.

The Boucherie Brut Champagne ($155) hails from Épernay and features a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier. Creamy, vibrant, and celebratory, it elevates dining moments with aromas of stone fruit and white flowers and a fine mousse that lingers. “As to Champagne? Well, Champagne pairs with everything,” Kravitz quips.

Each bottle is a custom-crafted piece of the Boucherie identity, anchored by the embossed “B” monogram and brought to life through the elegance of French craftsmanship. Each cuvée was the result of a collaborative dialogue between France and the Boucherie cellar—an exploration of texture, tension, and the art of pairing.

“This is more than a wine—it’s a reflection of our culture, our sensibilities, and our passion,” says Kravitz. “Each bottle was carefully chosen to complement the Boucherie experience of gathering around the table with friends and family—whether it’s an everyday meal or one of life’s special moments.”

In turn, the Boucherie Wines Collection becomes a lasting imprint of the brand’s essence—refined yet soulful, unmistakably its own—crafted to linger in memory long after the final pour. From sourcing to bottling, every detail was chosen to echo the elegance and sensation behind the Boucherie experience.

“We approached this collection the way we approach our offering—with focus, patience, and a reverence for craft,” added Kravitz. “Each cuvée was developed specifically for Boucherie, in close collaboration with our French partners, to ensure the final experience felt authentic to our table.”

The Boucherie Wines Collection is now being poured at Boucherie West Village, Union Square, Petite Boucherie, and La Grande Boucherie in New York. The Group’s La Grande Boucherie locations in Chicago, Washington, D.C., and Miami will follow shortly.
