How did I do? My first reverse Sear

    When you reverse sear, you don’t put the steak in the cast iron in the oven right? You transfer from an oven pan to the cast iron to sear on stove top right? New here

    Pretend that it’s chewy so nobody asks for a bite. Looking good. I’m a little more aggressive with the pepper, but that’s me.
