‎5:1/2tsp cumerice poweder

‎8:1 green chili
‎9:1 corinader poweder
‎10:1/2red chili poweder
‎11:1/2tsp fenel seed corsly crushed

‎wash and peel the gourd.to peel gourd simply use knife to scrap of skin.if you use peeler a lot of the flesh also goes waist.pat them dry with a kitchen towel cut each into 6/8 pieces.
‎heat tsbp oil in a flat pan.when the oil is add asafoiteda and cumin seeds once seed sputter add cut tinda pieces along with a salt and turmarice poweder.
‎mix well add water and cover low heat for 5mint gourd piecess are a bit soft.
‎cut tomato ginger green chily and into to big chunks and puri them a mixer .
‎and heat another pan.when oil is hot add corinader poweder,red chili poweder,crushd fenel seeds and cumeric poweder sout for about a minite addtomato ginger and green chili paste add salt cooked gourd to tomato msala .
