Hi welcome to Monas’s Labnese Kitchen!
Today’s recipe is Labneh. Labneh is made from yogurt, refer to my previous recipe for how to make yogurt.
1. Add one teaspoon of salt to 4 cups of yogurt and mix
2. Add the yogurt to the cheese bag
3. Hang the cheese bag for 24 hour then put it in a colender for 24 hours to allow the water to drain
4. Put it in a container and drizzle some olive oil and enjoy
You can serve the labneh with zaatar, tomatoes, cucumbers, mint, and olives. Please make sure to drop a like and subscribe for more content!
