Heard about the Baked Feta Pasta that blew up online? I finally tried it—super simple and totally worth the hype. Here’s the quick recipe:
What You Need:
1 block feta cheese (about 200g)
2 cups cherry tomatoes
3 cloves garlic, sliced
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper
200g dried pasta
Fresh basil (optional but great)
How to Make It:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C.
2. Toss tomatoes + garlic with olive oil in a baking dish. Nestle the feta in the center. Season with salt + pepper.
3. Bake for 30 min until tomatoes burst
and feta is golden.
4. Meanwhile, cook pasta. Save a bit of pasta water.
5. Mash the feta + tomatoes into a creamy sauce. Stir in pasta and a splash of the water to bring it together.
6. Add basil. Eat. Freak out a little.
It’s cheap, filling, and looks fancier than it is. Try adding red chili flakes or chickpeas if you want extra punch.
