  2. Hard to tell with flanken style ribs but it’s probably choice or better. Could even be select though.

    Very fatty piece of meat usually so it could be anything.

    It is impossible to tell the grade unless you see the first cut ribeye or chuck eye

    Domestic wagyu short rib. Probably 2/5 wagyu breed.
