They have THE best shoyu ramen i’ve had so far. I never liked restaurant ramen until someone brought me here and I 100% recommend.

I had it once in SF and still a top 5 for me. Funny though that I’ve been told they use concentrate mix for the broth.

Haven’t had their shoyu but I was really unimpressed with their tonkotsu. Its fine but the one in San Francisco is like just an overpriced tourist trap in my opinion. So many better ramen spots in the area

No one hates on Ippudo really, it’s Ichiran that is deeply unpopular.
