4-6 tbsp butter
8-12 oz white wine
1-1.5 qts. homemade chicken stock or water

1 lemon zested
4 -6 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sherry vinegar

BEURRE FONDUE-
2 tbsp water
4-8 tbsp unsalted butter
