The pot pie lid is puff pastry with an egg wash thrown into the oven toward the end of the slow cooker time. Very yummy; I’ll be making this again in the future 🍲

    That looks better than our version. We just use Pillsbury biscuits for the illusion of crust. Tasty though.

  3. Is that added broth, or just the juices from the ingredients? Looks fantastic, I want to make some!
