Do these meatballs look authentic Italian or is this still American as hell? Help!

Veal, pork and beef with parsley, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, homemade breadcrumbs and however you spell parm from Italy. Idk, I’m trying, folks.

Edit: here’s the first spaghetti and meatball dish I ever made but it didn’t go over very well with the Italian crowd so I figured I’d try a second time lol. This time I made the marinara from tomatoes I grew

Seems like a lot of herbs for a true meatball from Nonna’s kitchen

I think meatballs recipes should be subjectives to your preferences: I am Italian, and yet I don’t put eggs in my meatballs, but just a tiny drop of milk to soften the bread. I do 50/50 Beef and Pork and honestly I love them.

Yours look great to me, the fun part is to always change / adjust the recipe and find new ways to give them more flavour!

Those look to be bigger than a typical Italian style Polpette. Still looks good..
