I was gonna say “my kids are obsessed” and it posted lol
Recipe:
**Garlic bread sticks**
1 1/4 cups (275g) warm water
1 tbsp sugar
1 packet of dry yeast
2 tbsp olive oil
480g bread flour
2 tsp garlic powder
1 sprig Rosemary (4g-5g fresh)
1.5 tsp salt
**Garlic butter**
2-3 tbsp melted butter
Pinch salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Bloom yeast. Mix all until forms into a ball. Knead at medium speed for 10 mins. Roll into a ball and flatten. Grease pan a bit. Roll dough flat to fit into the pan (quarter sheet). Cut and grease Saran Wrap before putting over dough. Proof in warm place 1-2 hours until doubled. Cut into logs in the tray or as bite size using a greased dough scraper. Bake at 350 for 15 mins. Brush garlic butter and bake for another 5.
You can use as little as 2 tsp for sugar but I do like a little hint of sweetness I think it goes well with the garlic bread.

This looks amazing…I feel like I can smell it lol…I wonder if unbleached ap flour would work? That’s usually my staple flour in the house (I very rarely make bread any more and when I do it a no knead cinnamon swirl loaf)
