I wanted to make some fajitas but forgot to take them out the freezer. Noticed when I got home all excitedđź’€had some chicken so that when on the grill with the vortex. Used some cluckalicuous seasoning and smoked some southside market sausages too. Fajitas are thawing out for tomorrow.

    That’s a solid recovery plan! How do you rate that cluckalicious seasoning? Been thinking about trying it but haven’t pulled the trigger yet. Also, those Southside market sausages, are those the OG ones from Texas?

    The smoke wood should be dry. There now it’s an upvote to vote poll. Those drums look great brother! Gotta love that vortex chicken. One thing I’ve noticed though is that the crazy heat from the vortex rusts out my grates in the center. Definitely want that removable center.
