Forgot to add there is no sauce on the pizza other than the little bit squirted on top which is ketchup, not BBQ.

I have made a pizza with leftover brisket after smoking it. It wasn’t too dissimilar from the idea of this, except I had pickled jalapeños and bbq sauce. But this one doesn’t look good.
