Red wine braised beef “ribs”

I made braised beef ribs today but the only meat I could find was country style ribs which are not actually ribs.
It turned out incredible and I think I'll write down what I did so I can replicate it. It's sweet and very wine tasting with falling apart tender beef served over rice. So simple and delicious!
