  1. It all looks very good, but why you put the condiment only ON the pasta? The pasta should be tossed in sauce before serving. This is something that a lot of people outside Italy do, but it’s not the proper Italian way.

    I don’t understand what you mean, did I join the wrong community for this? I thought this was for Italian food, is this community specifically for food made in Italy?
