


My first contribution here but this is too good not to share. It’s one of the very few meals that doesn’t leave me struggling with hunger. Quick and easy to make, basically chop and mix all the ingredients, add salt, pepper, and fresh squeezed lemon juice to taste and enjoy. Makes a really large portion – I included a bunch of bananas for scale in the second photo. 350 calories, 44 grams of protein.
