I meal prepped myself a burrito bowl for next week, I'm trying to lose weight and am sick of buying KFC/Takeout when im at Uni.
I got ChatGPT to help me with the measurements and procedure for meal prepping. It took me almost 4 hours but I'm sure i'll be quicker next time, I spent a lot of time googling shit.
Rice — 150 g
Black Beans — 100 g
Chicken Breast — 140 g
Mixed Frozen Veggies — 75 g
I made 7 Meals.
I also plan on adding cheese before I microwave it and Pickled Jalapenos.
All up it's 717 Cals.
I just felt like posting this coz i feel proud of myself :), i look forward to next week's meal prep coz I wanna see how much faster i can do it.
For breakfast, I have a spinach omelette + Orange and for dinner if i'm still hungry ill have Oats with frozen berries + banana + honey + Peanut butter.
I feel so much better with myself now that I'm eating properly and going to the gym. I'm gonna stick to this meal plan for at least a month before I change things up.
