📝 Ingredients:
600 g turkey liver
1 medium onion
1 orange
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp curry powder
20 ml heavy cream (30%)
fresh parsley (for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions:
Peel and finely dice the onion.
Wash the orange thoroughly and zest half of it.
Clean the turkey liver and cut it into 1–2 cm pieces.
Sauté the onion in butter until golden.
Add the liver and cook for a few minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
Pour in the cream.
Mix everything well and simmer briefly.
Blend half of the orange into a smooth purée.
Add the orange purée to the pan and stir to combine.
Serve with fresh parsley, orange segments, and orange zest on top.
