I've been renting a home for my postgraduate studies for a month now, and I work part-time at the same time for eight hours, seven days a week. I eventually prepared my first prep meals in order to save money and effectively manage my time. Simply a tomato sauce to use with macaroni or spaghetti, my favourite cucumber dish, or an all-purpose sauce that I could eat with chicken, eggs, or tofu.
I'm doing well so far; wish me luck yall! I hope I can continue to save money and effectively manage my time. If you have suggestions or advices, do comment!

Please post your recipes!
We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!
My only concern is that you are putting in a lot of hours between studies and work. Make sure you are fueling your body to keep up with the demand. Carbs are brain food, you need them, too. Aside from that, good approach, having a simple sauce that you can apply against multiple protein sources. If that starts to get boring, look at the thousands of recipes here in the sub and freshen up your rotation. It’s worth it.
Best of wishes on your studies!
