I was hungry hungry hungry at 2 pm. I didn’t plan my day well. I didn’t want to make anything.

Faltered and ordered Dunkin.

Maybe the bagel or the breakfast sandwich but not both. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Oh well. Tomorrow is a new day.

    My advice is not to restrict yourself for dinner or breakfast. It’s likely you felt hungry because you seemingly only had coffee. If you end up skipping dinner tomorrow or the following day may end in the same result
