Homemade toasted ravioli. If you’ve ever been to St. Louis, these are a staple throughout the entire area. You can find them on damn near any menu. These couldn’t have been easier to make. Served them with marinara and they were delicious. Such a great snack. Unbelievable. First few ingredients here. Taking two separate bowls. You’re going to dump in some Italian breadcrumbs. Two tablespoons of our Oh my garlic rub. It’s a garlic butter blend. Mix that all together. For the raviolis, you want these to be fresh, not frozen. Give them an egg bath. And you’re going to dip them into the breadcrumbs, making sure to nicely coat all around them. Once you’ve done that, a little more oh my garlic over the top. Grill our oven 375°. And you’re going to throw these on for roughly 20 minutes. Couldn’t be easier. Once they’re fully toasted, take them off, let them rest a couple minutes. These were a cheese spinach filling.
