Smoke at 225ff until you reach 160-165f degrees internal temperature. This took about 9 hours.
Then, wrap with foil or parchment paper, bake in the oven at 225 until you reach 200f internal. Let it rest for 2 hours and enjoy 🙂😏

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!
If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!
*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?
Traeger on!

Looks bit dry, still better than my first brisket though. If it tasted good, hell yeah brother.
Also, I’d let it rest 4 hours minimum, just my opinion.
