Pistachio Pesto
– 2 cups of basil leaves
– 1/3 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese
– 1/3 cup of pistachios
– 2 garlic cloves
– 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
– 1/2 cup of olive oil
– Salt and Pepper

Citrus Mint Gremolata
– 1 cup of parsley
– 1/3 cup of mint leaves
– 2 tbsp of orange juice
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– Lemon zest
– Orange zest
– 1 garlic clove
– Salt and Pepper

Orange Chimichurri
– 1 cup of parsley
– 1 cup of cilantro
– 2 garlic cloves
– 1/3 cup of olive oil
– 1/4 cup of orange juice
– 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
– Salt and Pepper
– 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes

Green Goddess Dressing
– 1 cup of Greek Yogurt
– 1/2 cup parsley
– 1/2 cup baby spinach
– 2 tbsp of dill
– 1/4 cup of basil
– 5 chives, chopped
– 2 tbsp of lemon juice
– 2 garlic cloves
– 2 anchovies
– 1/3 cup of olive oil
– Salt and Pepper

If you have these six herbs and don’t know what to make, make sauces. Make pesto, chim churi, grammalada, and green goddess dressing. And how to use these sauces, I don’t know.
