One of my absolute favourites. I’ve never made it but it’s not unusual to see home made baklava for sale in an independent takeaway shop in Australia.

Years ago, I tried making baklava while our Galah Bruce was with me. He drank melted butter before I could grab him. Wasn’t interested in the nuts though lol (he was ok!)
