Made a RTC order just to get these sardines (not that I didn’t get a bunch of other Ferrigno cans). Been working on the pasta aglio e olio recipe for a while. The sauce came together well, including additions of the frying butter. That gave it a nice umami, sea flavor with each bite. Two per serving was the right amount. With breaking off pieces, there was sardine until the end of the plate.
