Sat all winter, looking to give it a good clean. Starting with a hot burn. What else should I do? I think I need to replace the lining?

Mine has never looked that dirty, but I hot burn and let it cool completely, brush down the insides, and then put on some eye protection and stick my leaf blower in the bottom vent on full.

Let it burn! Do a high heat burn off then remove the internals to clean all the ash under them. Lining does look like it could use some love.
